All sales are final, and I'm invested in you loving the jewelry you order. If for any reason you're not happy with a piece, please send me an email immediately and let me know.

While I don't offer refunds, exchanges and/or store credit are decided on a case-by-case basis. And if you need to ship something back to me, customer pays return shipping. Please carefully wrap and box the jewel(s) so they return safely!
